The RNOHT unit has been on a journey from one of the first regional units for Shoulder & elbow dysfunctions to now being the leading National centre for specialist UL problems primarily arthroplasty and atraumatic shoulder instability. This webinar will review the lessons learnt, developments in treatments and future areas of research. The focus of this webinar will be on patients that have had a protracted recovery despite conventional management, predominantly non-traumatic shoulder instability and pain. Anju will cover how they address these patients within a biopsychosocial framework and what does the intervention look like, how the input is provided via a team rather than individual professions.
